In front of the building is a wonderful dune forest park with bicycle- and foot paths. At only 200 meters is Westbroekpark with its enchanting rose garden. Among the sport facilities very nearby are hockey fields and tennis courts. Within 4 minutes bicycle ride you reach the natural reserve of Meyendel, accessible by bicycle, horseback and on foot only, and offering dune landscapes, endless quiet beaches and varied forests

The road that the building is on, leads (20 walking minutes) to the hustle and bustle of seaside resort Scheveningen, the casino, movies, boulevard and beach with numerous beach restaurants.

At 15 walking minute is the shopping street Stevinstraat, also hosting the weekly outdoor market. The shopping streets of central The Hague are at about 2 KM. Several International institutions and companies are nearby such as OPCW, The international Court of Justice, Shell, Europol, etc.
